# Path for founders

FreeAgentMaker is optimized for **founders and lean teams** who want **agents for simple, repeated work** (inbox, briefs, social, follow-ups, site checks)—running **as autonomously as possible** (schedules, webhooks, embed), with **guardrails** so they can **trust** production.

## 10-minute golden path

1. **Sign up** and open **Agent Builder**.
2. **Create a pack** (fastest):
   - **Founder Story Pack** — Brand Bee, Nova (landing), Ivy (pitch emails), or  
   - **Founder Ops Pack** — Robin (inbox), Buzz (social), Jamie (daily admin), or  
   - **Full founder stack** — everything above in one click.
3. **Load** one agent from **Saved Agents** → open **Test Your Agent** → send a real prompt (not “hi”).
4. **Integrations** — connect **Google** and/or **Microsoft** if this agent uses email or calendar tools.
5. **Go live** — follow **Activation**: embed, schedule, or webhook as needed.
6. **Trust** — in **Model & settings → Test suite**, run **evaluation**; when green, **Save as baseline**. Before big prompt changes, **Compare to baseline** — regressions and improvements appear **in the evaluation results panel** (not only in the status line).

7. **Publish** when draft vs live matters for embed/schedules — watch **Preflight** in Activation.

## What to skip at first

- Perfect branding on every agent — get **one** Robin or Jamie **useful** first.  
- Every integration — add **Gmail/Calendar** only when the agent’s tools list needs them.  
- Talking-head avatars — optional; text + voice are enough for v1.

## When something breaks

- **Dashboard → Recent failed runs** (hints + runbook links).  
- **Copy support bundle** for support or your own notes.

## Templates to filter on “Founder”

In the template library, set **Category → Founder** for Nova, Ivy, Brand Bee, founder-adjacent sales/marketing agents, and ops templates tuned for small teams. Each template card includes an **Autopilot** line (schedule vs webhook/API vs embed) so founders can see what runs well while they’re away.
