**Before recording:** use **[HOW-TO-VIDEO-RECORDING-CHECKLIST.md](./HOW-TO-VIDEO-RECORDING-CHECKLIST.md)** (environment, dry run, resolution).
**After recording:** **[VIDEO-HOSTING.md](./VIDEO-HOSTING.md)** (export, host, link from the site).

Use this script and storyboard to record a short how-to video (about **3–3½ minutes**; trim to 2–3 min if needed). You can use Loom, OBS, QuickTime, or any screen recorder; narrate live or dub later.

## Storyboard (scenes)

| Scene | Duration | What to show | Narration / on-screen text |
|-------|----------|--------------|-----------------------------|
| 1 | 0:00–0:15 | Homepage / founder packs & template strip | Intro: "Create your first AI agent in under two minutes." |
| 2 | 0:15–0:35 | For founders: click Founder Story / Ops pack; otherwise pick a template and click "Use as agent" | "Founders can start even faster: click **Create Founder Story pack** or **Create Founder Ops pack** to get a full set of agents. Or pick any template—for example Summarizer or Research Assistant—then click **Use as agent**." |
| 3 | 0:35–0:50 | Sign in (if needed), agent created | "Sign in if prompted. Your agent is created and the test panel opens." |
| 4 | 0:50–1:20 | Test chat: type message, click Send | "In **Test Your Agent**, type a message and click **Send**. You’ll get a reply right away." |
| 5 | 1:20–1:40 | Optional: Speak button, or Edit in builder | "You can use **Speak** to talk to your agent, or scroll up to edit name and goal in the builder." |
| 6 | 1:40–2:00 | Saved agents list, Load, Dashboard | "Your agent appears under **My agents**. Click **Load** to switch to it and see run history, **Quick snippets** (for Jordan-style agents), pending actions, meeting action follow-through, **Ops diagnostics** (connector health and webhook dead-letters), and settings." |
| 7 | 2:00–2:15 | Activation: embed snippet | "To use it on your site, open **Activation** and copy the embed code. You’ll see preflight and publish hints there too." |
| 8 | 2:15–2:35 | Activation: **Autopilot** + **Quick actions** | "Under the same **Go live** area, open **Autopilot**: schedule recurring runs, wire webhooks or Zapier, or use **email-in** where it’s enabled. **Quick actions** let you run snippets on a schedule or trigger them from outside the app—so your agent keeps working after you close the tab." |
| 9 | 2:35–3:05 | Model & settings → Test suite & evaluation | "Founders: before you rely on this agent every day, open **Model & settings**, scroll to **Test suite & evaluation**. Click **Run evaluation**. When everything passes, check **Save as baseline**. Later, after you change the prompt, check **Compare to baseline** — you’ll see regressions and improvements right in the results panel." |
| 10 | 3:05–3:15 | Outro | "That’s it: create, test, go live, automate with Autopilot, and lock in trust with a baseline. Try more templates or build from scratch." |

## Full narration script (word-for-word)

**Scene 1 (0:00)**
"Create your first AI agent in under two minutes with FreeAgentMaker."

**Scene 2 (0:15)**
"If you’re a founder, start with the packs at the top: **Founder Story** for logo, landing, and pitch emails, or **Founder Ops** for inbox, social, and daily admin. One click creates a full stack of agents. Or scroll to the templates—**Jordan — Support Agent** (full CX playbook with tests and approval-safe email), Summarizer, Research Assistant, Support Triage, and more—and click **Use as agent** on any card. I’ll pick Summarizer."

**Scene 3 (0:35)**
"If you’re not signed in, you’ll be asked to sign in. Once you do, the agent is created and the test panel opens automatically."

**Scene 4 (0:50)**
"Here in **Test Your Agent**, type a message—for example, ‘Summarize this and give me three bullet points’—then click **Send**. You get a reply right away. You can also use **Speak** to talk to the agent and it types your message for you."

**Scene 5 (1:20)**
"To change the agent’s name or goal, scroll up to the builder and edit the fields. Your agent is already saved in **My agents**."

**Scene 6 (1:40)**
"In **My agents**, click your agent and choose **Load**. You’ll see the dashboard: run history, notes, pending actions that need approval, meeting actions you can approve and then mark done or snooze, **Ops diagnostics** for integration health and any webhook dead-letters, and settings like model and temperature. If you’re using **Jordan**, you’ll also see **Quick snippets** above the message box for one-click macros."

**Scene 7 (2:00)**
"To put this agent on your site, open **Activation** and copy the embed code. You’ll see preflight checks and when draft and live differ — publish when you’re ready."

**Scene 8 (2:15)**
"Still under **Go live**, scroll to **Autopilot**. That’s where you schedule recurring runs, connect webhooks or Zapier, and use **email-in** when it’s on for your workspace. **Quick actions** are the fast path: run a saved snippet on a schedule or trigger it from outside the app so the agent keeps working when you’re not in the builder."

**Scene 9 (2:35)**
"If you’re a founder or a lean team, one more step builds trust: open **Model & settings** and find **Test suite & evaluation**. Click **Run evaluation** to run your golden tests. When they all pass, check **Save as baseline** and run again — that stores a snapshot. Before you ship a big prompt or tool change, check **Compare to baseline** and run evaluation again. Regressions and improvements show up in the **results list**, not just the status line — so you catch mistakes before customers do."

**Scene 10 (3:05)**
"That’s it: create your agent, test it, go live, automate with Autopilot, and use baselines to stay safe as you iterate. Try more templates or build from scratch. Thanks for watching."

## Recording tips

- **Resolution:** 1920×1080 or 1280×720. Match your app’s zoom (e.g. 100% or 110%) so text is readable.
- **Cursor:** Keep the cursor visible and move it to the button or area you’re referring to before clicking.
- **Pace:** Pause briefly after each click so viewers can see the result.
- **Sign-in:** If your demo account triggers sign-in, either sign in before starting or say "Sign in if prompted" and keep the clip short.
- **Optional lower-third:** Add a short title at the start, e.g. "How to create your agent – FreeAgentMaker".

---

## Where to host and link the video

- Upload the final video to YouTube, Vimeo, or your CDN.
- You can add a "How to create your agent" link next to the existing opener video, or in the hero area, e.g.
`Watch: How to create your agent (2 min)`
- If you host the file in the repo (e.g. `public/`), you can reference it like the opener video:
  `<video><source src="./public/HowTo-Create-Your-Agent.mp4" type="video/mp4" /></video>`
