Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This page describes how business customers can request and execute a Data Processing Addendum for FreeAgentMaker.ai services. The DPA supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Who should request a DPA

• Organizations processing personal data through FreeAgentMaker.ai as a controller.
• Teams with contractual privacy requirements (for example customer/vendor reviews).
• Customers requiring SCCs or similar transfer terms where applicable.

How to request

Email [email protected] with subject line DPA Request and include:

• Legal entity name and billing email
• Company address and signatory details
• Requested effective date
• Any required transfer mechanism notes (if applicable)

What the DPA covers

• Roles of the parties (controller/processor)
• Processing purpose and categories of personal data
• Security and confidentiality commitments
• Subprocessor use and disclosure process
• Data subject request support
• Deletion/return terms on termination
