FreeAgentMaker.ai is built around approval-first automation for founder workflows. This page summarizes practical controls available in-product.
Execution safety controls
- Approval-first mode: high-impact actions can be queued for explicit human approval.
- Draft-before-send defaults: email and publishing workflows are designed to draft first.
- Run limits and rate limits: per-account usage quotas and additional abuse protections are enforced.
- Guardrails: model constraints, allowlists, and escalation instructions can be configured per agent.
Operational visibility
- Run history: execution status, snippets, and usage details are available in app.
- Audit logs: key account and agent events are recorded for review.
- Versioning: plan-dependent version save/compare/restore supports safe rollback.
Integrations and third parties
Integrations run with customer-provided credentials and scopes. You control which tools are connected and what actions your agents are allowed to perform.
Current subprocessor information is published at Subprocessors.
Incident and support contact
