Usage Policy

This Usage Policy describes plan limits, fair use, and how we enforce quotas for
FreeAgentMaker.ai. It works together with our
Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
For automated systems and integrations, the same rules are available in machine-readable form as
usage-policy.json.
Plan tiers (summary)
Free
Includes:
- Unlimited builder access and template usage
- Up to 10 live agent test runs per day
- Up to 30 seconds of premium voice playback per day (sample quota)
- Up to 3 saved agents total
Restrictions:
- Premium voice beyond the sample quota requires a paid subscription.
- Hosted production endpoints may be restricted until you upgrade.
- Usage may be rate-limited during high platform load.
Starter
List price: USD $9/month at time of writing (billed through Stripe unless we notify you otherwise).
Includes:
- Up to 20 saved agents total
- Up to 400 live agent test runs per month
- Up to 20 minutes of premium voice per month
- Agent version history, API keys, analytics export, and Zapier-friendly flows (where enabled in product)
- Hosted agent access: limited (see checkout and in-product messaging for details)
Restrictions:
- Very heavy usage may trigger rate limits or require a plan upgrade.
- Some premium integrations may be unavailable on Starter.
Pro
List price: USD $19.95/month at time of writing (billed through Stripe unless we notify you otherwise).
Includes:
- Up to 3,000 live agent test runs per month
- Up to 180 minutes of premium voice per month
- Up to 100 saved agents total
- Full hosted agent access
- API execution enabled
- A/B compare in the agent evaluation suite (baseline vs variant)—not available on Starter or Free
Soft caps + overage approval: If you exceed included monthly limits, we pause and ask you to approve overages for the current UTC calendar month. You can set a monthly overage budget cap; we pause again when the cap is reached. Rates and current usage are shown in-app.
Premium
List price: USD $39.95/month at time of writing (billed through Stripe unless we notify you otherwise).
Includes:
- Up to 12,000 live agent test runs per month
- Up to 600 minutes of premium voice per month
- Up to 300 saved agents total
- Full hosted agent access and API execution
- Avatar / identity-related controls where offered in product
Soft caps + overage approval: Same flow as Pro—explicit monthly approval, optional monthly budget cap, and automatic pauses once the cap is reached.
Enterprise
Includes (standard packaging):
- Unlimited saved agents
- Multi-workspace / team workspaces
- Up to 50,000 live agent test runs per month
- Up to 2,000 minutes of premium voice per month
- Soft caps + explicit monthly overage approval with a default overage budget cap
- SSO (SAML/OIDC), governance, audit log retention + exports
- Optional bring-your-own-key (BYOK) arrangements
- Optional support SLAs
Pricing: Enterprise is sold only on a custom contract. We do not publish a fixed list price; seats, annual terms, SSO/BYOK/SLA, usage, and other commercial terms are quoted in writing. Contact us via Contact for Enterprise.
Team
Team is a custom-quoted workspace tier for organizations that need shared agents, seat-based billing, and negotiable usage. It is not sold through the public Stripe checkout page. Packaging (including whether runs/voice are metered or “unlimited” subject to fair use) is agreed in writing. Contact Contact to scope Team vs Enterprise.
Enforcement and fair use
- UTC windows: Free live-run and free premium-voice sample quotas reset each day at midnight UTC. Paid live-run and premium-voice quotas follow UTC calendar months (reset on the 1st).
- Live runs are counted per account across all agents for the same server-enforced meter (see in-app usage).
- Premium voice consumption is tracked from approximate audio duration after synthesis; short estimates may be used before playback to prevent overshoot.
- We apply per-account and per-IP rate limiting to protect the platform.
- We may use abuse and anomaly detection to restrict harmful or excessive use.
- If premium voice quota is exhausted, playback may fall back to browser voice where available.
- Pack or bundle creation (including one-click founder packs) remains subject to your plan’s saved-agent limits. Free plans may receive a starter subset when full bundles exceed free limits.
Legal and billing notices
- Acceptable use: You may not deploy agents for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or privacy-violating purposes.
- Data protection: Access tokens and personal data should be handled with least privilege and retained only as needed.
- No warranty on outputs: Generated content is provided as-is; review before high-impact decisions.
- Billing: Subscriptions may auto-renew. Introductory pricing converts to standard pricing after any promotional period unless stated otherwise.
