Public monthly list prices for self-serve paid tiers are: Starter $9/month, Pro $19.95/month, and Premium $39.95/month (yearly billing may be offered at a published discount). Pro includes higher monthly quotas than Starter and A/B compare in the evaluation suite; Premium adds avatar builder features on top of Pro-level quotas. Full quotas, reset windows (UTC), and enforcement details are in the Usage Policy and usage-policy.json. Configure Stripe Price IDs so checkout matches these amounts unless you intentionally diverge.

Plans

• Free — $0/month. Unlimited builder + templates; up to 3 saved agents; up to 10 live agent runs per UTC day (all agents combined); up to 30 seconds premium voice sample per UTC day.
• Starter — $9/month. Up to 20 saved agents; 400 live runs per UTC calendar month; 20 minutes premium voice per UTC month (approximate, from audio length); hosted access limited vs higher tiers.
• Pro — $19.95/month (yearly billing optional with published discount). Up to 100 saved agents; 3,000 live runs per UTC month; 180 minutes premium voice per UTC month; full hosted runtime and API execution where enabled in product; A/B compare in the evaluation suite.
• Premium — $39.95/month. Up to 300 saved agents; 12,000 live runs per UTC month; 600 minutes premium voice per UTC month; character image builder (cartoon / realistic) and advanced avatar / identity controls where offered.
• Enterprise — Custom contract (not sold on the public Stripe checkout page). Packaging typically includes unlimited saved agents, workspaces, and governance features; up to 50,000 live runs per UTC month and 2,000 minutes premium voice per UTC month in standard proposals; optional SSO, BYOK, and SLA. Seats, usage, and commercial terms are quoted in writing. Contact us via Contact for Enterprise.
• Team — Custom pricing for growing organizations that need shared workspaces, seat-based billing, and negotiable usage (the platform may treat Team as unlimited runs/voice subject to fair use). Not available on the public Stripe checkout page. Contact Contact to scope Team vs Enterprise.

Packs and Bundles

One-click packs (including founder packs) are subject to your plan’s saved-agent limits. On Free, when a pack exceeds free limits, the app may create a starter subset (up to your current free capacity) and show an in-product upgrade path. Starter and higher plans unlock full pack creation according to plan limits.

Billing Notes

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• Plan quotas and fair-use limits are enforced per account (and may include rate limits per IP).
• Soft caps: when included monthly usage is exceeded, we pause and ask for explicit overage approval (first time each UTC month). You can set a monthly overage budget cap; we pause again when the cap is reached.
• Agent actions can run manually or from triggers (for example schedules and webhooks). High-impact automations should use approval-first settings, allowlists, and human review.

Usage Transparency

Signed-in users see account usage in the app (runs and premium voice consumption against plan caps). Numbers use UTC days and calendar months unless stated otherwise.
